Chickpeas (Chana) — overview
Desi and kabuli chickpeas, sorted and graded for milling, retail and processing.
Chickpeas are sorted by size and colour and cleaned of foreign matter. Kabuli chickpeas are graded by count per ounce or 100 g, and desi chickpeas by size and colour. Besan (gram flour) can be supplied for retail and bakery use.
